A Brief History of Numerology
Based on early recordings, numerology was used scientifically from around 10,000 years ago from the ancient Babylonians and Egyptians. However, the roots of modern numerology started with the Greeks and Hebrews. A source of the current numerological systems is Pythagoras, the Greek mathematician, astrologer and philosopher born 6th century B.C. who taught us that numbers are more than just a medium of measurements, they represent qualities that stand for characteristics and abilities, and theirs no doubt numerology will fascinated future generations. |
